Flying Marketers GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Yayventa Capital GmbH and was founded in January 2023. The founder and managing director of Flying Marketers is Kai Mario Abel, one of the leading telemarketers in Germany. We have many years of experience in B2B acquisition and customer communication, and we already have a strong network of top salespeople, which we are continuously and very carefully expanding. Yayventa Capital was the sole shareholder of DIALOGMINDS Sales Support GmbH from 2018 to 2022 and during this time has expanded the company into one of the leading providers in premium B2B telephone acquisition. The company was developed into a successful franchise system and at the time of the exit in Q4/2022, over 130 franchisees were active for DIALOGMINDS.
The founder
Born in Darmstadt in 1974 and active in sales for more than 25 years. Already at the beginning of my professional career I started in sales, at that time in the field service of airlines and logistics service providers (Martinair Holland, British Airways, FedEx).
Since 2001 I have been successfully active as an entrepreneur, consultant and coach in telephone acquisition and sales. I was managing director of MarketDialog GmbH from Frankfurt for 5 years, CEO of DIALOGTEAMS AG for 3 years and managing director of DIALOGMINDS Sales Support GmbH for more than 9 years. During this time I have successfully accompanied more than 500 companies in sales, organized several million contacts in B2B sales and initiated thousands of sales deals.
